Harvest Bible Institute instructors are annointed, experienced and successful in ministry. They are called (according to Ephesians 4:11) to teach and train the next generation of Ministry Leaders so they will graduate ready for full time ministry and know that quitting or failure is not an option.
At HBI we have a good blend of instructors with various types and levels of experience in the ministry. But every one of the teaching staff stands in a ministerial office as defined in Ephesians 4:11, with the anointing to fulfill the responsibilities of that particular office. It is paramont to this Institute's training that the students be taught by those called to build up the local church.
Each of our instructors is a success in their current ministry and has experience in their areas of instruction, which is a prerquisitie to their selection as an HBI instructor. Our instructors are here because God called them to teach and train others what they were and are successful in doing, as well as teach them the Word of God.
Since HBI is a practical Bible Training Institute it is important that the individuals who teach have not only studied books but have also made that knowledge work in actual experience. We choose to train a generation that will be able to minister full time upon graduation and know that quitting and failure is not an option. Philippians 4:13
